Note: Refunds are not applicable on items ordered during sales, promotional offers, or using discount codes.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To initiate any refund request, you must submit a complete unboxing video showing:

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
